Find out how to make a correct file:
Our equipment and technology allow us to print and bind any type of illustrated product with a high level of quality in a short period of time.
All machines are equipped with Densitronic S and LithoFlash® Inline.
LithoFlash® is a very compact dynamic colour measurement and regulation system that drastically reduces printing waste and setup time. Up to 20 individual cameras capture the entire colour scale with every revolution. Thanks to flash operation, the system uses very little energy and the lighting has a long maintenance-free service life. With dynamic control, savings are enormous and colour densities are usually correct after just 120 printed sheets. The two new KBA Rapida 164 and Rapida 106 machines stand out for their superior efficiency with a maximum speed of 15,000 sheets per hour and the Drivetronic automatic plate change and register control system, making them high performance presses.

A single sheet printed and folded, concertina and roll, with a cover if desired.
Using the same binding technique as a cased book with a paperback cover, instead of a hard case.
Formed wire is threaded through punched holes which allows the book to open flat. A durable option for a wide variety of projects for example road maps and atlases.
Usually made with case board as for a hardcover book, open at the foredge, into which a book is inserted with spine facing out. The case can be made with a printed, or cloth cover, as a hardcover book.
The book block is prepared as for a paperback after which endpapers are applied front and back. Separately a hard case is made with the chosen type of cover material applied to the board for example a printed case, imitation or real cloth. The book spine is prepared for a square back or a rounded and backed case, the hard case is applied to the endpapered book block and jacket applied if required. Head and tail bands and or a ribbon marker can be applied if desired before the casing in.
Sections of folded pages, signatures, are folded and gathered for sewing, or to have the back milled off for perfect binding (which improves bonding with the glue). The cover is applied using glue and the book is trimmed on three sides. The cover can be scored front and back to facilitate opening and to put less strain on the spine and can have flaps.
