The art of printing books, since 1980

Founded by two people with two presses and a clear idea: make every printed book a piece of art. Forty-five years later, we are 150 people, four buildings, 24 countries.

Our story

From four people and two presses, to the art of printing books

1980. Dario Martinelli and Gianni Girardi found Printer Trento in a small plant near Trento. Four employees, two offset presses, one clear idea: that the printing of a book should be, itself, a piece of art.

Today. 150 people split between the printing and binding plants. A 6,500 m² plant in the industrial area north of Trento, three more buildings nearby, customers in 24 countries, and the same obsession with what a printed book should be.
